Using Intelligence to Solve Problems

automation, LEARN

Without Big Data, you are blind and deaf, in a middle of a freeway.

~Geoffrey Moore

One concept that has firmly established itself as an integral part of our lives is artificial intelligence (AI). While this topic may have seemed cutting-edge a few years ago, its relevance and impact today are more profound than ever.

AI has become an omnipresent force in almost every facet of our existence, revolutionizing the way we tackle problems and enhancing our daily routines. From the days of virtual assistants that could barely understand our commands, we now find ourselves in a world where AI-driven virtual entities and natural language processing systems (NLP )anticipate our needs and desires with astonishing accuracy.

But the scope of AI's influence stretches far beyond our personal convenience. In 2023, AI is not merely a tool; it's a dynamic force for change, addressing some of the most pressing global challenges we face. Let's explore how AI intelligence is actively contributing to problem-solving and reshaping our approach to these critical issues:

Scale Economy

Scale economies, often referred to as economies of scale, which explain the notion of the more you produce something the cheaper it gets. Technology or media products are probably the best at scaling as they have a very little to none of reproduction cost. Making more of the same product is almost free or zero cost.. While it's true that technology and media products benefit from minimal reproduction costs, this concept extends to manufacturing, agriculture, and many other sectors.

In manufacturing, for example, producing larger quantities of a product can lead to cost reductions due to factors like efficient use of resources, specialized machinery, and streamlined processes. Furthermore, understanding scale economies is essential not only for cost reduction but also for assessing market competitiveness and strategizing business growth in a wide range of economic contexts.

Zero Marginal Cost of Duplication

Content creation, like an informative article with a growing readership, exemplifies this principle beautifully. As views multiply exponentially, the only incremental cost incurred is in attracting the next reader, thereby compounding the overall value over time. This mirrors a powerful business model, reminiscent of code-based systems, where leverage is virtually limitless.

Is there truly a more exceptional form of leverage than this, one that transcends traditional constraints of labor and capital? Is there an alternative approach to scalability that remains equally compelling? These questions challenge us to explore the frontiers of innovation and discover new dimensions of exponential growth.

Trends in User’s Behaviour

The impact on creative sector is immense and trends are dramatically changed considering the latest data which shows that digital ownership is rather more important than art itself. People's preferences are so diverse. However, non-sense took a completely different connotation lately, a fact that should makes us think at least in future potential implications on creative culture.

Changes in the audience's behaviour are not the only thing that has changed. Although art still holds value. It’s worth noting how a lot of the industry has shifted towards things that can be done virtually more easily. The evolution of the internet and technology have greatly changed how we create, understand, and experience art.

Network Effect

Network effect has the same incredible potential if considered Bob Metcalfe creation, who by the way created Ethernet, Metcalfe’s law. Metcalfe’s law is the value of a network that is proportional to the square of number of nodes in the networks. So, if a network of size 10 would have a value of a hundred, network of a size 100 would have a value of 10,000.

That’s hundred X more because of the square effect is at least mind blowing, which really makes you think if you want your business to do networking or not. Of course, that’s applied more when you’re first in that specific niche and not the second, but still. The more people use a product or a technology, the better it gets. The AI algorithm is the same, the more it’s used the smarter it gets. In business this can lead to greater profits and growth.

The Bottom Line

In our ever-evolving creative landscape, virtual art has firmly established itself as an enduring presence. It offers an array of advantages, such as heightened accessibility and affordability, all while maintaining the intrinsic value that physical art commands. The elegance of the code and the number of possibilities it opens up is incredible.

Consider this: why dedicate countless hours to painstakingly crafting vector-based images using sophisticated software tools when a mere snippet of code, driven by an AI algorithm, can conjure complex visual masterpieces within seconds? This prompts a profound question: should you not be exploring the serene heights of mountains, engrossed in a world of self-discovery, and taking care of other problems that require more creative solutions, while automation takes care of your artistic and technical endeavors effortlessly?

As we embrace this evolution, we find ourselves at the nexus of innovation and leisure, where the artistry of code unfolds a canvas of limitless imagination. We hope that you enjoy this post about automation. Your thoughts mean the world to us. Please share your comments as we continue learning and growing together.
